Return Policy

RETURNS 

Return Postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Beginning Jan. 1, 2022, you may return your unused bag within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund (minus postage).

DO NOT REMOVE paper wrappings on the zipper pulls or handles. The bag must be in the same condition as you received it. 

To be eligible for a full refund your item must be:

1. Unused with the hang tag attached

2. In it's original wrappings including the plastic cover zipper pulls and handles

3. Returned with all accessories originally included with the bag

Only items purchased on this website are eligible for a return to MinkeeBlue. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. 

Please email customerservice@minkeeblue.com for further instructions and address. Returns are not accepted unless approved by email.

2023 Holiday Day Returns 

Items purchased between Nov 23rd and Dec 31st, may be returned anytime up until Jan 6th for a full refund.

Please email us before you return your item to customerservice@minkeeblue.com. You will receive an email with mailing instructions. You are responsible for return postage. All items must include a tracking number.

Defective Bags:

You have up to 90 days to return a manufacturer's defective bag, i.e. broken handle, broken strap, etc. Please email pictures of your bag to customerservice@minkeeblue.com. Instructions will be provided after review. 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a seven business days. If you haven’t received a refund within ten days from the time of return delivery, feel free to email us at customerservice@minkeeblue.com. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace bags if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@minkeeblue.com. All defective/damaged items must be returned to MinkeeBlue before the item can be exchanged or replaced.


SHIPPING

Email customerservice@minkeeblue.com before returning any item. Shipping instructions will be provided after receipt and review of bags. 

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All items shipped to MinkeeBlue must include a tracking number. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
