How should I care for my MinkeeBlue bag?

Can I machine wash my MinkeeBlue bag?

Due to its high-quality vegan leather and hardware, your MinkeeBlue bag should not be machine-washed. Machine washing can damage the bag's material and structural integrity. Instead, spot-clean any stains with a damp cloth and mild soap, if necessary.

How can I remove odors from my MinkeeBlue bag?

If your MinkeeBlue bag starts to retain odors, you can freshen it up by placing a sachet of baking soda or activated charcoal inside for a few hours or overnight. These substances help absorb odors without damaging the material. Ensure the sachet doesn't directly touch the bag's interior to prevent any possible residue. Alternatively, a lightly scented fabric freshener can be used sparingly to refresh the bag. Always perform a patch test in an inconspicuous area first to ensure no discoloration or damage.

Returns

If Return Coverage is purchased at checkout then Return Postage is covered otherwise, Return Postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Beginning Jan. 1, 2024, you may return your unused bag within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund (minus postage).

DO NOT REMOVE paper wrappings on the zipper pulls or handles. The bag must be in the same condition as you received it. 

To be eligible for a full refund your item must be:

1. Unused with the hang tag attached

2. In it's original wrappings including the plastic cover and paper wrappings on the zipper pulls and handles

3. Returned with all accessories originally included with the bag

Only items purchased on this website are eligible for a return to MinkeeBlue. If Return Coverage is purchased at checkout then Return Postage is covered otherwise, Return Postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Please email customerservice@minkeeblue.com for further instructions and address. Returns are not accepted unless approved by email.

Holiday Day Returns 

Items purchased between Nov 1st and Dec 31st, may be returned anytime up until Jan 6th for a full refund.

Please email us before you return your item to customerservice@minkeeblue.com. You will receive an email with mailing instructions. You are responsible for return postage. 

Defective Bags:

You have up to 180 days to return a manufacturer's defective bag, i.e. broken handle, broken strap, etc. Please email pictures of your bag to customerservice@minkeeblue.com. Instructions will be provided after review. 

RETURNS (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. 

If you are approved, your return will be processed, and your selected return method will be applied. If you have any questions feel free to email us at customerservice@minkeeblue.com. 

Final Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately final sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges & Refunds (if applicable)
We allow exchanges and refunds as long as the item is in the original condition in the original packaging with the hang tag attached.

Store Credit (if applicable)
We allow Store Credit for all items that meet the return conditions. If the item has had the original packaging or hang tag removed there will be a 20% restocking fee subtracted from the store credit.


SHIPPING

Shipping instructions will be provided after receipt and review of bags. 

If Return Coverage is purchased at checkout Return Shipping will be covered otherwise, you will be responsible for paying Return Shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship products across the United States and internationally. Domestic orders over $149 qualify for free shipping. International shipping rates vary and are calculated based on the destination and package weight at checkout.

How long does shipping usually take?

We ship items from Philadelphia, PA. Shipping durations depend on the destination and the shipping method selected. Domestic shipments typically arrive within 2-3 business days, while international shipping can take longer. For an additional fee, expedited shipping options are available for domestic and international orders.
